Description: | Futuristic story of a genetically imperfect man and his seemingly inobtainable goal to travel in space. | Comments: | So futuristic society requires that you must be genetically engineered in order to get ahead in society. Imposters are ruthlessly hunted down. The ones that are not genetically engineered are automatically in the lower classes. Now take this story of two brothers, one genetically engineered, one not. The story is quite good but it is quite a boring movie. It does not hold your attention. Alan Arkin is very good in his part but the dialogue out of all the rest of the characters are snail slow. Ernest Borgnine is in this movie as well. He does an excellent job in his part as a janitor not genetically altered. In the end this has some interesting ideas, and while it is a good movie, I recommend it only to die hard Sci Fi fans, to me it was not very good. |
